Boundaries of Psychological Time

Understanding Behavior in the Context of Time: Theory, Research, and Application
Edited by Alan Strathman and Jeff Joireman. Mahwah, NJ: Erlbaum, 2005. 376 pp. Cloth, $89.95.

The time dimension is always embedded in any human experience or activity and is an inseparable part of it (Flaherty & Meer, 1994). Despite this fact, the domain of time is not receiving the level of attention in psychological research warranted by its significance for understanding behavior. Therefore, the publication of a book about time and behavior is overdue.
